A supportive and nurturing class for pregnancy.

 

Prenatal Yoga

This class will increase body awareness and strength and reduce stress and tension. We focus on poses to open your  body in preparation for an active birth and teach yogic breathing to assist in calming your mind for labour and connecting with baby. Interwoven throughout the classes are the principles of balance, gravity and movement to assist in optimal foetal positioning of baby and create ease in birth.

These classes provide an opportunity to relieve common pregnancy ailments as well as calm the worries that rise up during pregnancy. Enjoy the journey of pregnancy with other new mums-to-be in our beautiful tribe at Nest and be part of a community of support that is continued into our mums & bubs classes.

We encourage you to advise your health care provider that you will be starting prenatal yoga.

Small classes ensure a personalised experience and excellent safety. This class is guided by a qualified prenatal yoga teacher who is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Non pregnant women preparing for pregnancy are welcome to attend. :)
