Mums & Bubs Yoga


A beautiful series to help new mothers ease back into a gentle yoga practice. In a relaxing environment mums can stretch and strengthen their bodies to encourage postnatal recovery. The class is perfect from 6 weeks to just crawling babies. Babies are welcome to sleep, feed, join in or admire mummy. Due to the popularity of these classes it is advisable to book in advance to reserve your spot in a series that suits you. These are not available as a drop in class. One of our values at Nest is to create a tribe and support network for mothers through their journey of Motherhood. Reconnecting with the same group of mothers each week is a lovely way to support this opportunity and create community for the fourth trimester.

Classes are weekly on Mondays or Wednesdays at 11am - 12 noon and require booking for each series

Monday March 18th - 4 weeks

Wednesday March 20th - 4 weeks

April 29th - 6 weeks

July 22nd - 5 weeks

August 26th - 5 weeks

October 21st - 6 weeks (final series for 2019)
