This course is designed for new students or those returning to yoga after a break. This course will introduce you to basic yoga postures, breathing, meditation and some yoga philosophy. Providing a solid foundation to progress to general classes you will feel supported and encouraged in your new practice. All mats are provided. Bookings required as numbers are kept small for individual attention.

Mums & Bubs Yoga 6 week series
A beautiful series to help new mothers ease back into a gentle yoga practice. In a relaxing environment mums can stretch and strengthen their bodies to encourage postnatal recovery. The class is perfect from 6 weeks to 6 months. Babies are welcome to sleep, feed, join in or admire mummy.

Sacred Self Care Session
We are pleased to be hosting a special holistic workshop in June ~ 'Sacred Self-Care' ~ an opportunity to connect with like-minded women and enjoy gentle stretching, guided meditation, herbal teas soul work and essential oils with your host Elizabeth.
Date: Wednesday June 21st 2017
Venue: Nest Yoga and Wellbeing, 1 L'Estrange Street, Glenside
Please wear comfy clothes as we will be stretching and sitting on bolsters and yoga mats. Bring a notebook or journal for reflection and discussion throughout.
