Body Ready for Birth
As a child birth educator and prenatal yoga teacher I partner with women to support an informed, empowered and transformation birth experience.
Through my Body Ready for Birth Program, you will learn the importance of pelvic alignment and mobility along with Optimal Maternal Positioning to give baby the most space for birth.
This program is a hands on instructional and interactive session where you (and your support person if you wish) can learn techniques, exercises, stretches and movements to prepare your body for birth. You will be able to continue this program at home with the assistance of a detailed hand out.
Allow 1 hour for this visit and wear comfy stretchy clothing.
